Serbisyong Medical – We Value Your Health

About 606 people from various barangays served by the TSPI Vigan Branch received Medical Services on Oct. 11, 2024. It was held in Caoayan Auditorium, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.

There was free medical and eye consultation, free medicines and vitamins and free eyeglasses. Along with the medical service, there was also a free haircut and job fair.

TSPI Vigan Branch Manager Monika Mendoza conducted a hygiene orientation and bible study with HR Specialist Cristina Oribello among sixty (60) children who also received free hygiene kits from the TSPI Employees Cooperative.

The Medical Service is led by Dr. Nicanor D. Montoya Foundation Inc. led by Dr. Voltaire Victoria with Dr. Agnes Vargas, Dr. Virgie Pascua, Dr. Fernando Peraldo, Dr. Juliet Recidoro, Pharmacist Cristina Ambrosio, Pharmacist Beng Esteves, Nurse Romeo Dilag and Ophthalmologist A.J. Caponpon.

The Caoayan Regional Health Unit (RHU) Medical Team also assisted under the leadership of Dr. Edna Rabena with four (4) nurses.

Four (4) Barangay Health Workers (BHW) from the barangays of Callaguip and Anonang Menor of Coayan and Ora West of Bantay Ilocos Sur also helped implement the Medical Service.

TSPI employees led by Operations Group Head Rexchell Querido, Regional Head Dick de Vera, Sector Head Vincent Mangabat, Area Manager Maricel Racho, Senior Insurance Supervisor Armida Asuncion, Vigan Branch Manager Monika Mendoza, Cabugao Branch Manager Jacqueline Tubon, Magsingal Branch Manager Gervie Espejo, Narvacan Branch Manager Aimee Baptista, HR specialist Cristina Oribello,  Magsingal Senior Account Officer Melvin Garcia and Account Officers and Insurance Officers from TSPI Vigan, Magsingal and Cabugao.

The Medical Service has collaborated successfully with Dr. Nicanor D. Montoya Foundation Inc. TSPI, Coayan RHU and Coayan Local Government Unit (LGU).

The Medical Service is one of the TSPI’s Sambayanihan Programs that allows the community to provide medical attention and appreciate the health of every citizen.
